PI Surveillance Log is provided by Fluid Bloom Media LLC as an organizational and document-generation tool. By using it, you agree to these terms and Apple’s applicable standard end-user license agreement.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for lawful authorization, licensing, recording consent, safe operation, evidence retention, client instructions, data accuracy, report review, billing accuracy, and compliance with laws and professional obligations. Do not operate the app while driving.
No legal or evidentiary certification
The app does not verify a person’s identity, determine legality, certify chain of custody, make evidence resistant to alteration, guarantee encryption, determine admissibility, or provide legal advice. Timestamps, locations, descriptions, prices, and conclusions must be reviewed by the user.
Subscriptions
Pro is offered as a monthly auto-renewing subscription with an introductory trial when shown by Apple. The current storefront price and trial eligibility are shown before purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple Account. The subscription renews unless canceled in Apple Account settings at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can restore eligible purchases or open Apple’s subscription-management screen from Settings.
Availability, export, and backups
Software and sync can fail. Maintain exports and backups appropriate to your professional obligations. Features may change. To the extent permitted by law, the app is provided without warranties of uninterrupted operation or fitness for a particular legal purpose.
